Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled MIS & Recruitment Reporting Specialist to join our Recruitment Department. This critical role combines management information systems (MIS), data analysis, strategic reporting, and the administration of recruitment tools to ensure optimal department efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Power BI dashboards, providing strategic recruitment insights, managing the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and handling recruitment document management processes. Key Responsibilities:
MIS / Strategic Reporting:
- Develop and manage MIS reports: Provide accurate and timely reports for the Recruitment Department, covering key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing channels, and candidate conversion rates.
- Data Analysis & Strategic Recommendations: Analyze and interpret recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to prepare quarterly and annual strategic reports, contributing to resource allocation and talent acquisition planning.
Power BI Dashboard Creation:
- Design and Build Dashboards: Lead the development of interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, providing stakeholders with easy-to-understand visual insights into recruitment performance and trends.
- Customization & Continuous Improvement: Customize dashboards based on the needs of different departments and executives, ensuring they are functional and user-friendly. Provide ongoing training for end-users to enhance dashboard usability.
Management Reporting:
- Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Reports: Track key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that recruitment goals and targets are being met.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work with HR and Recruitment teams to gather, verify, and compile data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reporting.
Recruitment ATS Administration:
- ATS Oversight: Oversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring it supports recruitment efforts, and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across recruitment workflows.
- System Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve the functionality of the ATS to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
- Documentation & Tracking: Ensure all recruitment activities and candidate records are properly documented and tracked within the ATS.
Document Management:
- Maintain Recruitment Records: Ensure that all recruitment-related documents such as CVs, interview feedback, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials are up-to-date and well-organized.
- Document Access & Compliance: Implement efficient document management processes to ensure accessibility and compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an MIS, data analysis, or recruitment reporting role, with a focus on recruitment data.
- Advanced Power BI skills: Proven experience in creating and managing Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment software.
- Data Reporting & Analytics: Strong ability to prepare management reports, perform data analysis, and generate strategic insights for senior leadership.
- Excel Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
- Document Management: Familiarity with document management systems and compliance with data protection regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Power BI or other data-related fields.
- Experience working with recruitment platforms and managing job requisition workflows.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
