Management Accountant

We are looking for a Management Accountant in the Alberton area.

POSITION INFO : Finance :

1. Reviewing and approving purchase orders, order entries and shipment costings
2. Approving debtor invoices
3. Assist with debtor queries and collections
4. Reviewing debtors and creditors month end processing
5. Cashflow projections
6. Approving COD payments
7. Inventory management with site
8. Fixed asset management
9. Monthly processing up to trial balance
10. Expenditure analysis
11. Compiling and presenting of financial reports
12. Job costing and quoting
13. Compiling and submitting documents for approval - SARS
14. Analyzing and monitoring contract performance
15. BBBEE Planning and compiling documents for BBBEE audits
16. Assist auditors with annual audit requirements and information
17. Other ad-hoc tasks required per FM

Education & Training :

Knowledge & Experience :

1. Minimum Experience Indicator : 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
2. Knowledge : Accounting Processing and Financial Reporting systems knowledge, exposure and experience
