Management Accountant

My client is on the hunt for a dynamic Management Accountant with at least 3 years of experience to join their team in Johannesburg East. If you've completed your CIMA qualification or are actively working towards your Management Level, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

This is a South African company specialising in the production of solder alloys, non-ferrous alloys, and other related products. Serving industries such as automotive, electronics, and construction, it has been a significant player in the local metal industry for many years. The business is part of a larger group that focuses on the manufacturing of lead, zinc, and related materials.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide business decisions
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for stakeholders
• Monitor and control costs to ensure alignment with financial objectives
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with departments to improve financial processes and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
• Act as a financial liaison between management and other teams

Qualifications:

• BCom in Finance
• CIMA or busy with CIMA (Management Level)
• Minimum 3 years' experience
