We are seeking a seasoned Managed Hosting Platform Solutions Architect with extensive experience in designing, architecting, and implementing cutting-edge solutions for managed hosting customers. This role requires deep technical expertise, with the ability to lead the development of modern, scalable, high-performance, and secure cloud-based hosting platforms. You will collaborate with Platform Engineering, Development teams, and product leadership to ensure innovative and robust infrastructure solutions that create raving fans out of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Architecture: Design and implement tailored web hosting solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

• Infrastructure Management: Collaborate on cloud infrastructure, optimise resources, and streamline management through automation.

• Development & Integration: Build and integrate custom software components, ensuring seamless interaction with customer applications.

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior team members.

• Performance & Security: Optimise for scalability, address bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).

• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and networking (DNS, firewalls).

• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Desired: Experience with managed hosting, DevOps, SRE, and contributions to open-source projects.
