Managed Care Team Lead

The core purpose of the position

Leads a multidisciplinary team to optimize hospital utilization and care coordination. Oversees pre-authorization, case management, and post-discharge planning while ensuring risk management and regulatory compliance. Focuses on team development, workflow efficiency, and maintaining a patient-centred approach.

Job Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma as a Registered Nurse
2. Must be registered with SANC
3. Five years’ experience in managed health care (experience should cover more than one of the following fields, namely:
1. Pre Authorization
2. Case Management
3. Care Coordination
4. Disease Management
4. Two years must be in a supervisory role.
