Maintenance Technician

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified Millwright with a minimum of 2 years post-apprentice experience
• Plastic Injection Moulding experience will be advantageous
• Crane operation up 30T+
• Valid drivers license

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all production equipment is in good working order and well-maintained
• Ensure electrical maintenance of tooling, machines and industrialization equipment
• Ensure maximum machine availability and support for production
• Contribute to the improvement of electrical and mechanical standards
• Ensure electrical equipment conforms to the group’s HSE standards
• Awareness of all equipment’s performance capabilities
• Maintain products and electrical equipment as per machine manual
• Spare parts availability
• Consumable and critical spares in store to be maintained, in good order and labelled
• Housekeeping 5S in the maintenance division
• Attend to all oil and water leaks at machines with immediate effect
• Close of work orders on CVE (in-house maintenance system)
