Maintenance Technician

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (preferably in the food industry).
• Strong mechanical or industrial electrical background with basic instrumentation skills.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and follow instructions.
• Hands-on experience in installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
• Computer literacy, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and test mechanical and pneumatic systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance inspections and identify necessary repairs to prevent breakdowns.
• Assemble and disassemble mechanical and pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Provide technical support to production teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Prepare documentation for maintenance reports and technical support records.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and be available for standby call-outs when required.
• Report unsafe machine operations and assist in enforcing safety-first culture.
