Reporting to: General Manager of Corporate Administration Department
Objective: The Senior HR Manager's responsibilities include a range of activities within our Corporate Administration and HR department, such as payroll management, coordinating meetings, maintaining the employee database, and overseeing the recruitment process.
A key aspect of this role is to act as the liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and inquiries.
Additionally, you will support MEA Bloc's HR by contributing to the development of policies, processes, and documentation.

Other: We seek candidates with expertise in human resources, general affairs, and payroll management for a diverse, multinational white-collar workforce.
Salary: R61,000 to R86,000 + Car Allowance. The above mentioned is Base Salary amounts which exclude Benefits such as: 50% Medical Aid contribution paid by the Company, 7% Pension Fund Contribution paid by the Company.
