Broad Purpose / Function:

Lead and drive excellence in maintenance to support the site operations through practical and effective application of maintenance philosophy. Driving innovative and cost-effective solutions to ensure best practices and compliance requirements are met to deliver high asset reliability.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  1. Planned Maintenance (PM)

Responsible for the effective control of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and all engineering maintenance documentation.

  1. Capture of assets for new machinery & equipment on MAXIMO System.
  2. Develop new PM schedules for all plant machinery & equipment.
  3. Update PM Schedules with content and frequency.
  4. Generate PM Schedules as well as Calibration Schedules.
  5. Coordinate the completion of PM Schedules.
  6. Ensure that all PM Schedule feedback is captured on CMMS (MAXIMO) and ensure the integrity of the system.
  7. Guide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, controls, and safety systems.
  8. Systematically define, design, develop, monitor, and refine an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes:
    1. Value-added preventive maintenance tasks.
    2. Reviewing maintenance tasks and data cleansing within the CMMS system.
  9. Analyze breakdowns and implement permanent solutions.
  10. Complete RCPS with the technical teams.
  11. Utilize predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems.
  12. Work closely with the Reliability Engineer to monitor, track, and develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and issues that adversely affect manufacturing and packing operations.
  13. Perform analyses of assets including Overall Equipment Effectiveness and life cycle of the asset.
  14. Provide technical support to operations, maintenance management, facilities, and technical personnel.
  15. Ensure adequate spares for planned maintenance activities and compile maintenance spare kit.
  16. Apply value analysis to repair/replace, repair/re-design, and make/buy decisions.
  17. Provide monthly maintenance reports and highlight deviations.
  18. Participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Ad hoc Jobs

Responsible for raising job cards in MAXIMO System and improving spares & inventory management through CMMS.

Compliance

Assist with ensuring that the Safety, Health, and Environment aspects of the Technical Operations function are in compliance with:

  1. OHS Act & Regulations.
  2. Kenvue Safety Policy.
  3. Kenvue Worldwide Safety and Health Standards.
  4. Applicable Safety Health and Environmental regulatory requirements.

Assist with ensuring compliance with quality standards and GMP regulations on all technical operations activities.

Ensure Maintenance Operations SOP’s and Work Instructions are updated and accurate.

Ensure Quality compliance – Kenvue corporate and local procedures.

General

Support and assist with any work/activity that may be scheduled or unscheduled as instructed by Engineering Management, ensuring corporate and local compliance requirements are met.

Ensure that time keeping is accurately maintained and is a true reflection of actual work done.

Support Validation process with IQ, OQ, and PQ tasks as assigned.

Contribute to the reduction of NCs (Non-Conformances), deviations, and complaints.

Ensure the integrity of the data captured in the CMMS is accurate and updated monthly.

Guarantee order and cleanliness maintenance in responsibility.

Ensure compliance with internal site requirements as well as HR policies and procedures.

Conduct internal EHS/Quality/Housekeeping audits and ensure corrective action plans are initiated and closed out for area of responsibility.

Qualifications / Experience / Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Industrial).

Experience: 0 - 2 years in Maintenance or Engineering.

Skills:
