Broad Purpose / Function:
Lead and drive excellence in maintenance to support the site operations through practical and effective application of maintenance philosophy. Driving innovative and cost-effective solutions to ensure best practices and compliance requirements are met to deliver high asset reliability.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsible for the effective control of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and all engineering maintenance documentation.
Ad hoc Jobs
Responsible for raising job cards in MAXIMO System and improving spares & inventory management through CMMS.
Compliance
Assist with ensuring that the Safety, Health, and Environment aspects of the Technical Operations function are in compliance with:
Assist with ensuring compliance with quality standards and GMP regulations on all technical operations activities.
Ensure Maintenance Operations SOP’s and Work Instructions are updated and accurate.
Ensure Quality compliance – Kenvue corporate and local procedures.
General
Support and assist with any work/activity that may be scheduled or unscheduled as instructed by Engineering Management, ensuring corporate and local compliance requirements are met.
Ensure that time keeping is accurately maintained and is a true reflection of actual work done.
Support Validation process with IQ, OQ, and PQ tasks as assigned.
Contribute to the reduction of NCs (Non-Conformances), deviations, and complaints.
Ensure the integrity of the data captured in the CMMS is accurate and updated monthly.
Guarantee order and cleanliness maintenance in responsibility.
Ensure compliance with internal site requirements as well as HR policies and procedures.
Conduct internal EHS/Quality/Housekeeping audits and ensure corrective action plans are initiated and closed out for area of responsibility.
Qualifications / Experience / Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Industrial).
Experience: 0 - 2 years in Maintenance or Engineering.
