An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team in Vereeniging.

We seek a dedicated professional with a proven track record in the Foundry industry who possesses extensive knowledge and experience in maintaining and managing various industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage maintenance operations across the Foundry, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
2. Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities related to:
1. Heat Treatment Plant
2. Cranes
3. Transformers
4. Vehicles
5. Other related industrial equipment
3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and breakdowns promptly.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
6. Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance teams.
7. Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports for management.
8. Liaise with production and engineering teams to optimize plant efficiency.
9. Manage maintenance budgets and resource allocation.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in the Foundry or Heavy Manufacturing Industry.
2. Extensive hands-on experience with Furnaces, Heat Treatment Plants, Cranes, Transformers, Forklifts, Vehicles, and related equipment.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Relevant technical qualifications and certifications will be advantageous.
