Maintenance Manager/Engineer (Manufacturing - East London)

Maintenance Manager/Engineer Position

We’re looking for a hands-on and experienced Maintenance Manager/Engineer to create and manage a planned maintenance system for a brick manufacturing business with state-of-the-art equipment in East London!

Help take the business to a new level, optimise equipment reliability, increase volumes and minimise downtime whilst providing solid leadership and sharing your extensive knowledge and experience in planned maintenance with your team.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma/B Tech / Similar tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
2. Approximately 10 years within plant maintenance in the manufacturing environment
3. Knowledge of hydraulic systems and brick manufacturing processes is highly advantageous
4. Proven experience developing and implementing a planned maintenance system
5. Solid leadership experience with a proven track record of providing direction, training, and mentoring maintenance personnel
