Job Summary

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prioritize and complete maintenance projects efficiently.
2. Manage preventive maintenance processes to minimize downtime.
3. Issue and monitor worksheets to track progress.
4. Effectively manage and utilize employees to achieve maintenance goals.
5. Manage maintenance on vehicles and implements to ensure optimal performance.
6. Monitor equipment and inventory levels to prevent shortages.
7. Monitor logs and fuel consumption to optimize resource allocation.
8. Handle all maintenance-related administration tasks.
9. Draft and review standard procedures annually.
10. Draft and review the maintenance team's statements of duties annually.
11. Manage the maintenance budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
12. Implement disciplinary standards to maintain a productive work environment.
