Maintenance Engineer Tech Ii Nights

An Internal Vacancy exists for a Maintenance Co-ordinator in the Technology Division based in Centurion.

The suitable candidate's main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Client liaison and professional client relationship.
2. Communicate with the client, technicians, and management.
3. By use of online intelligence, create, update, assign, and complete technical job cards, which will include investigating reported incidents before assigning.
4. Communicate with the technical management team and provide feedback and updates on important issues.
5. Assist the Project Manager and branches with maintenance calls, projects, quotes, and purchase orders.
6. Provide technical statistics report on outstanding issues.
7. Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.
8. Continuous professional development to meet requirements and personal development needs.
9. Ensure that all work carried out is done in a responsible and compliant manner, meeting all requirements both internally and externally.

Preferred qualifications / attributes / skills:

1. Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
2. PSIRA certification.
3. Relevant financial qualification or similar would be advantageous.
4. Relevant management experience and experience within the Electronics Security Industry.
5. Technical equipment training and certification.
6. Equipment inventory and audit experience.
7. On-line intelligence and Saco Work Force experience would be an advantage.
8. Computer literate and good working knowledge of MS Office.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Clean disciplinary, criminal, and credit record.
