Maintenance Assistant

A market leader in the Screen and Digital Printing Industry is looking for a young, go-getter who has the passion, skills, knowledge, and aptitude for general maintenance and mechanics.

This position is based in Newlands, Gauteng.

Requirements:

1. A good understanding of mechanical systems, components, and general maintenance.
2. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical component fittings, assembly, manufacturing, and general maintenance.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
4. A motivated self-starter, who is ready to take on new challenges and is willing to learn.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Advantageous:

1. National Diploma Diesel/Motor Mechanics.
2. Experience working with mechanical systems and general maintenance.
