Machine Shop Manager - Production Team Lead

As Machine Shop Manager for Aim Personnel Services, you will be responsible for the overall management of our machine shop in Roodepoort. Your key tasks will include supervising production staff, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff to meet production targets and deadlines

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high-quality products

• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills

• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
