What You Will Do :
Telephonic Sales : Sell life insurance products over the phone, providing clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Achieve Targets : Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s success.
Compliance & Quality : Adhere to all quality and compliance processes to minimize business risk and ensure regulatory standards are met.
Operational Efficiency : Maintain high productivity levels and optimize operational efficiencies to meet performance measures.
Adaptability : Adjust to changing business operational requirements and help drive business transformation.
Objection Handling : Address client objections effectively and guide conversations towards successful sales outcomes.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends and regulations through self-learning and ongoing professional development.
FAIS Fit & Proper Compliance : Ensure adherence to the FAIS Act and maintain all necessary qualifications.
Qualification & Experience :
Grade 12 : A minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
Sales Experience : At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, specifically in selling insurance with a focus on meeting sales targets.
Knowledge & Skills :
Industry Knowledge : A good understanding of Financial Services Industry-related legislation, regulations, and sales processes.
Outbound Sales Expertise : Proven track record in outbound sales within the insurance sector.
Language Proficiency : Fluent in English and at least one other South African official language.
Clear Record : A clear criminal and credit record is required.
FAIS Act Commitment : Strong commitment to meeting the Fit & Proper qualification requirements under the FAIS Act.
Work Ethic : Willingness to work overtime to meet targets and contribute to team success.
Technical Skills : Fully computer literate with the ability to navigate sales and communication software effectively.
