Job Description:

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and effective distribution of our cleaning services. This role involves managing logistics staff, optimizing transportation routes, and ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the logistics team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Transportation Management: Oversee the transportation of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring timely delivery.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet operational needs.
• Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the logistics budget, aiming for cost efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
