Logistics Co-ordinator - Umkomaas

NCT Vacancy: Logistics Co-ordinator (12 month fixed term contract)

Workplace: Umkomaas Area

NCT needs a trustworthy representative to act as a professional on-site interface between NCT and Sappi Markets, more specifically at Saiccor. The Logistics Co-ordinator will liaise with NCT suppliers at Sappi mills to ensure a seamless supply chain experience. This position reports directly to the NCT Logistics Manager.

This role would suit an individual who can work without constant supervision and who displays professionalism.

Prior experience preferred:

1. Logistics
2. Road & Rail transport
3. Chain of custody principles within the timber industry

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills
2. Ability to build trust
3. Problem solver
4. Computer literate
5. Driver's license
6. Good career references from recent employers
7. Ethical and accountable

NCT will provide transport and cellphone airtime/data. The successful candidate will work from home and would need to reside in the Umkomaas area.
