Job description

TalentSync is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Administrator. As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the logistical operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange inbound and outbound shipments
  • Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to coordinate logistics activities
  • Prepare shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation
  • Monitor shipment progress and address any delays or issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions and update the inventory management system
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including customs regulations and trade compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement and warehouse, to ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries
  • Analyze logistics data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a related role preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using inventory management and logistics software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
