Are you a skilled Litigation Attorney looking for a dynamic opportunity in Durban? We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented legal professional to join our team.

Position Details:

1. Location: Durban
2. Salary: R25 000+ (Negotiable)
3. Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle civil litigation processes with confidence and professionalism.
2. Draft agreements and pleadings with precision and attention to detail.
3. Engage with clients professionally and build strong relationships.
4. Work both independently and collaboratively within a large team.
5. Keep internal reports up to date, ensuring files are diarized and fees are written to target.
6. Deliver quality legal services while managing time effectively.

Report directly to the Directors and liaise with clients regularly.

Required Skills & Competencies:

1. Windeed, Legalsuite, Lexis Nexis proficiency
2. Excellent organizational and administration skills
3. Strong public speaking skills (English essential; additional languages advantageous)
4. Ability to work independently without supervision

Candidate Requirements:

1. Completed LLB degree
2. Admitted as an Attorney (with completed Articles)
3. Rights of Appearance in the High Court
4. Post Admission Experience in litigation
