Role Description

The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions.

The agent will also be responsible for:

1. Negotiating deals
2. Preparing necessary paperwork
3. Staying informed about real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications

1. Possession of a valid FFCC
2. Customer Service and Sales skills
3. Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
6. Familiarity with the local real estate market in Cape Town Northern Suburbs is beneficial
7. Strong organizational and time management skills
