Letting Agent (Independent Consultant)

Job Summary

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the purchase, sale, or rental of properties on behalf of clients. Your role involves understanding clients' needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance through the real estate transaction process.

Responsibilities

1. Advertising our rental apartments
2. Showing rental apartments to prospective tenants
3. Generating new business by promoting the rental apartments and securing the sale
4. Facilitating the application and screening process for prospective tenants

Qualifications

1. NQF Level 4 essential
2. Good computer skills
3. NQF Level 4 Real Estate or equivalent is essential
4. 2 years or more experience in promotions or sales/customer service or similar essential
5. Previous experience in achieving targets is essential
6. Building rapport with stakeholders
7. Good social media skills
