Requirements
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar administrative role in a law firm.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, legal document management systems.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors and other legal professionals.
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and organize case files, both electronic and physical.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders as required.
- File legal documents with the relevant authorities or courts.
- Conduct basic legal research and assist with the preparation of briefing materials.
- Ensure compliance with firm procedures and legal regulations.
