In this role, you'll collaborate with various GitLab team members and stakeholders to deliver practical legal guidance that mitigates risks while supporting business objectives. Your responsibilities will include providing advice on and creating templates and policies, staying vigilant about legal developments and emerging risks to develop innovative solutions, handling contract review, drafting, and negotiations, and establishing effective systems and documentation to enhance the legal department's processes and resources.
