Duties & Responsibilities

1. Bachelor's Degree in Law OR Related Field
2. Must be Fluent in AFRIKAANS & ENGLISH
3. Proven experience as a Legal & Compliance Officer in the FREIGHT FORWARDING & LOGISTICS Industry
4. In-depth knowledge of South African & International Laws & Regulations relevant to FREIGHT FORWARDING & LOGISTICS
5. Familiarity with Customs Regulations, Transportation Laws & Industry Standards
6. Customs & Import / Export Compliance
7. Assist with Maintaining ISO Certification of the Company
8. Clear Criminal & Credit record - will be verified
