Job Description: To provide general intellectual property (IP) legal solutions to meet business requirements, and engage in legal risk management and mitigation in relation to IP related matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience Required:

Intellectual Property
5-7 years
Proven experience in the provision of legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation, with at least 5 years' experience in an IP specialist role, either in practice or in-house. Identification and mitigation of legal risk. At least 3 years' people management experience (not necessarily direct reports), where applicable.
