Learning Solutions Consultant - Private Corporate Education Group (Johannesburg)

Our client is looking for someone who is inherently passionate, self-motivated and incentivized by the opportunity of being the Master of their own destiny, with the ability to produce their own income and results, driven with the intent to make a difference.

Individuals who are able to deliver a consistent sales output to the corporate/business market that requires more management support and guidance than micro-management, in order to meet their monthly and annual targets. Key skills in building relationships, with a consultative oriented solution selling style, in order to identify and co-create opportunities with clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Selling of corporate training solutions
2. Business Development
3. Human Resources (BBEEE codes and SETA knowledge essential)

Experience and Skills Required:

1. Minimum 5 years corporate solution sales experience
2. Knowledge of the SETA framework
3. Knowledge of the BBEEE codes
4. Selling services to Human Resources Practitioners/corporate clients
