Job Overview:

Huntswood SA is looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Facilitator to join their L&D Team in Durban. The candidate must have strong product training and development experience working within an L&D Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating training in a physical environment on site.

Job Responsibilities

1. Partnering with Clients
2. Assessing performance needs
3. Designing curricula/learning frameworks
4. Designing learning experiences
5. Facilitating Learning
6. Supporting transfer of learning
7. Evaluating Learning

Job Requirements

1. Matric/NQF4
2. Min 2 years product facilitation experience in an L&D Department
3. Experience designing curricula/learning frameworks and designing learning experiences
4. Human Resource or L&D qualification advantageous
5. Training experience in the insurance sector is essential

Skills Required

1. Verbal and written communication skills
2. Articulation
3. Conflict management
