Job description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Culture Manager to join their team. As the Learning and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for identifying training and development needs within the organization. You will work closely with business managers and the HR department to design and implement training and development programs. Your role will be instrumental in nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning to support the growth and competitiveness of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of learning and development principles.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  5. Familiarity with learning management systems and training software.
  6. Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.
  7. Strong organizational and project management skills.
