Job Purpose

We are looking for a forward-thinking Training and Development Specialist responsible for designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development

  • Design and develop targeted training materials, including:
    • Comprehensive course outlines
    • Engaging presentations
    • Rigorous assessment tools
  • Customize learning content to meet specific organizational and departmental objectives
  • Ensure training materials align with industry best practices and company goals

Training Delivery

  • Facilitate diverse learning experiences through:
    • Interactive workshops
    • Comprehensive seminars
    • Innovative online courses
  • Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate various learning styles and preferences
  • Create an engaging and supportive learning environment

Training Needs Analysis

  • Conduct thorough organizational skills gap assessments
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify critical training requirements
  • Develop strategic learning interventions that address specific performance challenges

Program Evaluation and Impact Measurement

  • Design and implement comprehensive evaluation mechanisms
  • Develop post-training assessment tools
  • Analyze feedback and performance data
  • Track and report on learning program effectiveness and ROI

Learner Support and Engagement

  • Provide ongoing mentorship and support throughout the learning journey
  • Offer personalized guidance to participants
  • Maintain open communication channels for learning-related queries
  • Follow up on individual and team learning progress

Technology and Digital Learning Integration

  • Leverage cutting-edge e-learning platforms
  • Implement digital learning tools and technologies
  • Create blended learning experiences combining traditional and digital methodologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional training and development experience
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs
