Your Role

You’ll lead the charge in Critical Risk Management, developing and implementing best practices to ensure an unwavering focus on critical hazards and their controls. This includes:

1. Standardising tools & processes for critical risk management across all assets
2. Embedding Critical Risk Management into daily operations
3. Establishing common verification approaches for critical controls
4. Driving governance & assurance for quality control verifications
5. Strengthening risk management capacity across Gold Fields
6. Ensuring critical risk data monitors the performance and informs real-time, risk-based decision-making

What You Bring

Relevant qualifications in safety or risk management,
Extensive industry experience (international exposure highly regarded),
Proven leadership in safety & risk within the resources sector,
Strong collaboration skills – working across diverse teams,
A strategic execution mindset – turning vision into action.
