The modern portfolio of complementary security solutions offers security analysts 360-degree visibility across endpoints and network traffic to proactively identify, triage, and investigate anomalous and malicious behaviour. Our global sales team at OpenText works with customers to help them find information, no matter where it is buried, to effectively conduct investigations, manage risk, and respond to incidents. Organizations rely on them to proactively prevent and detect threats across ever-expanding attack surfaces.

Your Impact:

As an OpenText Cybersecurity sales engineer, you'll play a vital role in shaping our customers' cybersecurity strategies, delivering innovative solutions in application and data security. Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting product presentations, technical sessions, and live demos
2. Orchestrating successful Proof of Concepts
3. Designing comprehensive security architectures
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
5. Representing OpenText at trade shows and events

What you need to succeed:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity presales or consulting
2. Hands-on experience with application or data security solutions
3. Strong knowledge of information security fundamentals and market analysis
4. Excellent solution presentation skills and ability to customize solutions
5. Good understanding of Linux, Windows, databases, and networking
6. Ability to communicate solution value and impact on customer business goals

Preferred:

1. Hands-on experience with OpenText Fortify and/or Voltage solutions
2. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH
3. Soft skills including open-mindedness, strong demonstration, and presentation skills
