What We're Looking For

We're seeking driven professionals who thrive on cold calling and qualifying leads. If you have a proactive mindset and can turn interest into opportunity, we want you on our team.

Software & Tools

  • FreshSales: Your primary tool for lead management and CRM updates
  • Odoo: Used for broader customer resource planning
  • Ziwo (currently transitioning): Calls will be integrated via FreshSales for streamlined efficiency

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: Proactively engage with potential clients to identify sales opportunities
  • Inbound Lead Handling: Qualify and convert incoming leads generated through various marketing channels
  • Lead Nurturing: Manage leads through the pipeline, scheduling meetings and follow-up calls to increase conversions
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer information and interactions in FreshSales
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales agents to ensure smooth handovers and maximise closure rates
  • Client Communication: Share product catalogues, confirm order details, and ensure a professional client experience
  • Strong communication and persuasive phone skills
  • Ability to qualify and filter leads effectively
  • Detail-oriented with data accuracy and pipeline management
  • Self-motivated with strong time management
  • Familiarity with sales platforms like FreshSales and Odoo

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in cold calling or lead generation
  • Experience working with UK-based clients is advantageous
