About We Whiten:
We Whiten is a leading teeth whitening brand with multiple locations across the United States. Our mission is to expand our team of brand ambassadors to represent us locally, and we’re looking for a motivated and proactive individual to help generate leads through TikTok.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a TikTok Lead Generation Specialist to develop and grow our outreach efforts on the platform. The role focuses on specific geographic regions to find and connect with potential brand ambassadors for our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to use TikTok to identify, reach out to, and engage promising candidates, sharing information about our ambassador program to generate qualified leads. You will earn a commission for every lead successfully submitted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use TikTok to identify and engage with potential brand ambassador candidates in specific regions.
• Reach out to candidates through TikTok messaging to introduce and promote We Whiten’s ambassador program.
• Follow a planned outreach strategy to effectively connect with and recruit leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads.
• Submit leads to our team for review and track their progress.
• Meet or exceed lead generation and recruitment goals.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with TikTok and its algorithms, along with strategies for effective engagement.
• Strong writing skills for creating compelling outreach messages.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fully remote role.
• Basic knowledge of influencer and ambassador programs is a plus.
• Previous experience in lead generation or sales is helpful but not required.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position, where you will earn a commission for each lead you successfully submit.

Job Types: Part-time, Commission

Pay: R260,00 - R350,00 per week

Expected hours: 6 per week
