About We Whiten: We Whiten is a leading teeth whitening company with multiple locations across the United States. Our mission is to expand our team of brand ambassadors to represent us in various regions, and we are looking for an energetic and resourceful individual to help drive lead generation through TikTok.

Job Overview: We are seeking a TikTok Lead Generation Specialist to build and enhance our outreach efforts on the platform, specifically targeting key regions to connect with potential brand ambassadors for our locations. The primary responsibility of this role is to use TikTok to identify and approach promising candidates, share information about our ambassador program, and generate high-quality leads. You will earn a commission for each successful lead you submit.

Key Duties:

• Use TikTok to identify and engage with potential brand ambassador candidates in specified regions.
• Reach out via TikTok messaging to introduce and promote We Whiten’s ambassador program.
• Follow a proven outreach strategy to effectively communicate with prospective leads.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and all communication.
• Submit qualified leads for review and track their progress.
• Meet or exceed lead generation and recruitment goals.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of TikTok, including its algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting effective outreach messages.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of influencer and ambassador programs is beneficial.
• Previous experience in lead generation or sales is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: This is a commission-based role. You will receive a commission for each lead you successfully submit.

Job Types: Part-time, Commission

Pay: R260,00 - R350,00 per week
