Lead Generation Manager / Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time (Flexible Schedule with Required Availability: 9 AM - 1 PM EST)

Location: Fully Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Manager/Admin. This role is focused primarily on lead generation within the legal industry and administrative tasks, with the potential to grow into an Account Manager position. If you're motivated, proactive, and have a touch of perfectionism, this might be the ideal opportunity for you!

This role is fully remote and offers flexibility in scheduling, as long as you are available to work during the required core hours of 9 AM - 1 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation and prospecting for the legal industry.
  • Perform manual tasks such as responding to messages and sending out LinkedIn connection requests.
  • Assist with basic social media tasks (e.g., posting, engagement).
  • Maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate and updated records.
  • Research and compile information for leads and projects using top-notch online research skills.
  • Communicate with clients and team members professionally and promptly.
  • Take ownership of tasks and processes, demonstrating a high level of initiative.
  • Learn and grow within the role, with the opportunity to advance into an Account Manager position.

Qualifications:

  • Must-Have Skills:
    • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and various software.
    • Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.
    • Motivated to learn and committed to long-term growth with the company.
    • Reliable internet connection and an updated laptop (not older than 4 years).
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • At least 4 years of administrative experience.
    • High school diploma (higher education is a plus).
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • Basic experience with social media platforms (posting, responding, engagement).
    • Exposure to marketing tasks such as ad management or copywriting (not required).
