Lead Generation & Marketing Assistant - Cape Town - Bionic Talent

Bionic Talent is a leading player in the packaging procurement industry, specializing in sourcing and supplying high-quality, eco-friendly packaging materials.

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Generation & Marketing Assistant to spearhead lead generation efforts while managing customer journeys for optimal acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic sales funnels to drive high-quality leads into the pipeline.
  • Create targeted lead lists using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io.
  • Design and optimize sales funnels to nurture leads through various stages of the customer journey.
  • Implement retargeting strategies across email, social media, and ads.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics using CRM tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot.

Social Media Management

  • Plan and create engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Design basic visuals and short videos using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

SEO Responsibilities

  • Perform on-page SEO optimization for Shopify stores, including meta tags and site architecture.
  • Create SEO-optimized content such as product descriptions, blogs, and landing pages.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in building sales funnels and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo.io.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience working in the packaging industry is a plus.
