Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer with a strong background in AI development, particularly in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agent technologies, and Machine Learning. Ideally, this candidate is a professor from a top university, with at least 8 years of experience in AI research and development. This role will lead the charge in designing and implementing sophisticated AI models that enhance our decentralized infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI models, focusing on LLMs, AI agents, and advanced machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities within our decentralized systems.
• Conduct research and provide technical direction for developing scalable, efficient, and robust AI-driven solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Stay abreast of AI advancements and proactively contribute to maintaining our position at the forefront of AI and decentralized infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements:

• PhD in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with current academic appointments at top universities.
• At least 8 years of experience in AI research and development, particularly in LLMs, AI agents, and ML.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, training, and deploying large-scale AI models.
• Strong technical leadership skills with an ability to inspire and mentor engineering teams.
