The successful candidate will be required to render the following services (including but not limited to):
The position is mainly office based;
Assist clients via email and telephone queries by structuring solutions relating to employment law, provide advice, assistance and support to clients;
Drafting of documents/agreements;
Booking of appointments and diary management;
Attending to appointments on-site of clients and CCMA/Bargaining council representation if and when required;
Support service to Management and colleagues;
Administrative tasks;
Updating of records and reports;
Rendering of any other services offered by SDC (Pty) Ltd Labour.
Requirements:
Practical and theoretical knowledge of Labour Law (minimum requirement of at least 3 years);
Must be fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans);
The candidate is required to work well under pressure, have good administrative, time management, communication, written, and verbal skills, be able to adapt quickly and use initiative;
