Klaviyo Specialist (Remote)

If you’re an Account Manager seeking an opportunity to collaborate with an enthusiastic team and work with clients worldwide, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee key e-commerce client accounts, providing support to additional accounts as required.
2. Lead client onboarding, manage customer relationships, and independently conduct client discussions.
3. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring optimal performance for assigned accounts.
4. Utilize advanced techniques in Klaviyo, including list segmentation, A/B testing, triggers, and email campaigns.
5. Create campaign briefs, establish creative guidelines, manage client language translations, and monitor creative work.
6. Track and analyze metrics and KPIs to ensure account performance meets set objectives.
7. Devise and refine strategies based on account results to maximize client sales and KPI attainment.
8. Generate regular reports, conduct biweekly client meetings, and respond promptly to client needs.

Skills:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.
2. Proficiency in Klaviyo is crucial.
3. Strong oral and written English communication skills.
4. Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and drive improvements.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
6. Problem-solving ability to address challenges in campaign and automation performance.
7. Adaptability to stay current with industry trends and changes.

Other Information:

This is a contractor position; candidates will manage their own tax and social security obligations. Minimum monthly working hours: 140h. Fully remote position with flexible work hours. Availability on Slack between 9AM – 5PM or 10AM – 6PM Paris time on weekdays is required.
