You will be responsible for:
Sales Leadership and Team Management:

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with sales team members to monitor performance, provide guidance, and resolve challenges.
Establish clear goals, set sales targets, and monitor progress to ensure team accountability and success.
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Key Account Management:
Develop and manage strategic relationships with high-value corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts and potential clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, providing product solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Create and present customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, ensure satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
