Job title: Key Accounts Manager (Inland)

Job Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

Deadline: March 04, 2025

Description

  1. Define and achieve annual sales targets per customer
  2. Forecasting of Sales Trends, Orders & Market Demand
  3. Ensure timeous communication of pricing, incentives, rebates, specific marketing drives, project pricing and any changes in service level offerings
  4. Gather market intelligence
  5. Administer warranty and customer claims and other queries within the SAP environment
  6. Manage and maintain high levels of customer service by frequent interaction, clear communication, adopt a proactive approach in keeping the customer informed of any event impacting on OTIF
  7. Manage debtors’ risk by understanding the credit limit in place per customer
  8. Builder, driven, independent, coordinator, team player, mature, problem solver, comfortable within a challenging environment
  9. Determination to meet personal goals and objectives
  10. Deliver results and meet customer expectations
  11. Creative thinking and problem solving
  12. Knowledge of sales strategies and concepts
  13. Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
  14. Presentable, Professional, well spoken
  15. Good understanding of developing sales reports
  16. Established home office including stable, high-speed connectivity and USP
  17. Ability to work independently and remotely. Self-motivated. Proactive. Strong time management skills.

Requirements

  1. Minimum academic qualification: Degree or a graduate diploma in Sales/ Marketing/ Commerce
  2. Experience: 10 years in a Sales, Marketing or Technical role
  3. Converse fluently in English & Afrikaans
  4. Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs
