LiquidCapital Division is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Key Accounts Manager. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly skilled Network Sales Team.

Position Overview
To manage the Key Accounts process that improve, grow, and retain clients within various dealer channels across Motus Corporation in respect of the sale, and after sales of LiquidCapital’s core products: Service Plans, Maintenance Plans, Extended Warranties and Renewtech.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver sales targets
- Adhere to standard operating procedures within the area of accountability
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for the purpose of advancing Liquid Capitals market share within each channel in area of operation
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to develop initiatives in line with trends
- Training and development of staff at dealership level – Product Knowledge, Selling Skills
- After sale dealer support in respect of policy administration
- Efficiently and effectively maintain SLA’s for each aspect of the policy life cycle to the dealer network, and the end customer creating a culture that meets and exceeds expectations
- Maintain a superior, and professional level of customer service
- Fulfil various administrative duties in preparation for monthly delivery, and presentation of sales targets

Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 / Matric
- MS Office / Excel
- 3-year Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or
- 3-year Degree in Business Administration
- RE Qualification
- FAIS Accreditation
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ sales (KAM) experience
- Motor industry experience at dealer level essential with an understanding into dealer operations
