MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To manage key accounts, sales support and administration, client relationships and contract management across the various ER24 International business lines with an emphasis on the Medical Assistance Service business line.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • To develop and leverage key client engagements and drive patient volumes.
  • To drive and secure contractual renewals for existing accounts.
  • To formulate and pro-actively manage client retention/acquisition and upsell.
  • To lead and manage the team.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

Relevant commercial qualification or Sales/Business Development or industry specific related education.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

5 years proven track record and experience in a similar role; Private Healthcare / Medical Insurance or Medical Assistance industry experience / Corporates.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

Relevant experience in key account management and client relations, supporting businesses operating in Africa.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain client relationships (including mentorship and coaching of team members).
  • Demonstrates an understanding of contract and service level agreement (SLA) management.
  • Demonstrate Business Acumen (including compiling budgets).
  • Demonstrate the ability to conduct Market Research (including Competitor and business gap analysis).
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Customer Relations Management Methodology.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
