Zeminwe Recruitment is looking for two Key Account Managers for the Grape and Citrus department to manage the supply and demand of customers.
Key Account Manager, Stellenbosch Exports
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships
- Coordinate shipments
- Coordinate supply and demand plan
- Handle all client queries
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain solutions
- Analyze market trends
- Identify new business opportunities
- Provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up to date with industry regulations
- Manage compliance requirements related to freight and export
- Age and stock analysis
- Allocations to markets
Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in the logistics and freight sector
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, shipping, and export processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Familiar with market trends and an ability to adapt to changes in the industry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Master's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license with own vehicle
