Start Date : You should be able to start between January 6, 2025, and no later than February 10, 2025.

Compensation : Your salary will range from €1,500 to €2,000 for a 40-hour workweek. Vacation, public holidays, and sick days are covered.

We specialize in building and running communities for decision-makers in medium and large companies, helping them grow through collaborative learning and networking. You will support our communities and our team by handling repetitive but essential tasks that ensure smooth community operations. Your role focuses on maintaining LinkedIn and email-based workflows and assisting with community management tasks, particularly in acquiring new members for our communities and sparking engagement.

Specific tasks include :

  • Contacting potential community members with pre-written messages via LinkedIn
  • Sending invitations to potential and existing community members via LinkedIn and email
  • Responding to incoming LinkedIn comments using templates that you modify based on the situation
  • Reviewing people who interacted with our content and contacting those who could benefit from being part of our communities via a direct message on LinkedIn
  • Sending invitations to follow our LinkedIn community pages
  • Scheduling posts on LinkedIn
  • Maintaining our community member database (CRM)
  • Ensuring error-free work and clean execution with great attention to detail
  • Performance orientation and efficiency in sending pre-formulated messages
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Your profile

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in roles such as office assistant, support staff, administrator, customer support agent, or call center agent.
  • Previous remote work experience with a fast and stable internet connection.
  • Fluent in English at a minimum C1 level, with strong spelling and grammar skills.
  • German language skills at a minimum C1 level are beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Willingness to travel once or twice a year for potential company meetings.
  • Enjoy working under clear guidance and established processes.
