Customers: Housebuilding Contractors, Local Authorities and Social Housing

Location: North West

Package: £45k-£55k Basic, £60k-£85k OTE, Company Car, Generous contributory pension, 3x death in service, 25 days holiday, company credit card, healthcare including family, dental and optical cover

The Role of the Key Account Manager:

• Take ownership of selling commercial flooring solutions to national and regional housebuilders, Social Housing providers, and Local Authorities.
• Manage key accounts across the North of England while actively seeking new project opportunities.
• This role covers the north of England including Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, and Newcastle.

The Ideal Person for the Key Account Manager:

• Experience in commercial flooring or related interior products is preferred.
• Skilled at selling to national or regional housebuilders and/or local authority/social housing projects.
• Willingness to travel across Northern England.
• A self-starter with a technical mindset and the skills to succeed independently and as part of a team.
