About the job Key Account Manager (Enterprise ICT Sector)
Key purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in the Enterprise ICT sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts within the Telecoms/IT/Cloud industry. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in sales, account management, and a deep understanding of the ICT space.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue growth targets within the Telecoms/IT/Cloud sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in major Telecoms/IT/Cloud accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment in delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service to key accounts.
Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the assigned accounts.
Negotiate and renew contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements with key accounts.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets, providing regular reports and analysis to internal stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the Telecoms/IT/Cloud sector to effectively advise key accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and differentiate our offerings within the Telecoms/IT/Cloud industry.
Qualifications, experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development within the ICT sector, with a specific focus on Telecoms/IT/Cloud.
Proven track record of success in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth in the ICT industry.
Deep understanding of the Telecoms/IT/Cloud sector, including knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience in contract negotiation.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop account plans and identify growth opportunities.
