Your mission :
- National key account management
- Responsible for sales in the Inland region
- Responsible for servicing both Office Papers and Printing & Converting customers
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients
- Day to day interaction with clients
- Routine customer visits
- Managing customer complaints
- Responsible for monitoring customer's stock levels with a view to proactive supply planning
- Weekly and monthly reports
- Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales forecasts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to get on well with people
- Ability to relate to a customer on an intellectual level to add value
- Honest and reliable
- Dependable and responsible
- Disciplined and trustworthy
- Good presentation and report writing skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to travel within RSA and SA customs union
Your profile :
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Sales, or similar equivalent commercial qualification
- 3-5 years’ experience in a formal sales and marketing environment
- Minimum of 3 years National Key Account Management experience
- Proven ability to deal successfully with customers across all levels of an organization in various industries
- Experience in developing, implementing and managing national marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing and digitalisation
- Knowledge of macro economics
- Industry / specific customer experience will be an advantage
