Key Responsibilities
UX / UI Design and Execution
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile using Figma
Develop and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI components
Translate product requirements and user feedback into clear, user-centered designs
User Research and Usability Testing
Conduct usability testing and analyze tools like Hotjar and Mixpanel
Collaborate on the creation of user personas, journey maps, and wireframes
Use research insights to iterate on and improve the user experience
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to maintain a consistent digital identity
Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional team
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree or diploma in UX / UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years experience in UX / UI design, preferably within SaaS or B2B environments
Proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Prototyping features
Understanding of front-end development principles for effective collaboration with developers
Experience with usability testing tools and data-informed design decisions
Strong visual design skills with a grasp of typography, layout, and color theory
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
